Ottewell Sexual Assault

Caucasian male that was wearing: a green ball cap, orange jacket with dark sleeves (possibly blue and made of felt or leather), dark pants, heavy footwear and non-reflective aviator style sunglasses with a solid brown tint, short darker salt and pepper colored hair seen just below the ball cap and smelled of cigarette smoke.

EPS Detectives have released a composite drawing of a suspect wanted in connection with an assault that occurred on April 2, 2008 at 1:40 p.m. After further investigation, detectives have also released information that the assault was of a sexual nature.
