PARISIAN is wanted on a Canada wide warrant for a parole violation. He was serving 2 years at the Bowden Institution for Break & Enter. He has 149 (yes, that # is right) criminal convictions for Break & Enter, Dangerous Operation Causing Bodily Harm, Assault, Uttering Threats, Escape Lawful Custody, Robbery Unlawfully at Large, Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Assault with Intent to Resist Arrest, and Obstruct a Peace Officer. He was to reside at a Community Correctional Facility in Edmonton. He went out on a pass and failed to return. A warrant was issued for his arrest. He has friends and family in Manitoba.
